Ode to Autumn

My first blog post was all about Autumn and the magic of change that comes with it. I still vividly remember sitting at my kitchen table after having gone through the basic blog set up, wondering what I should first release to the world.

Once again, we have come to the end of a cycle. The time has returned for me to shed my leaves – all stress and worry – and like the trees, begin tending to my roots. The nights are becoming darker: my favourite time to create. My loyal jumpers are attracting the spotlight every chance I get. Even the chills are small blessings, simultaneously freeing the energy of the summer, and welcoming the festivity of the winter.

Now is the chance to change. And all I want to do in the night is write, write, write…
