And here we are on the last day of 2017… How has everyone spent it? I’ve been lounging in my pj’s, looking over the photos I have from this year and watching Netflix.
December was a fabulous end to the year. I had saved half of my annual holiday and spent it all at once, which gave me lots of time to keep writing and also build my Booktube channel a little. These are the things I’m most excited to continue with in 2018.
Of course I also took advantage of everyone’s Christmas spirit and had many great days out:
Christmas is my absolute favourite time of the year – everyone is happier and prioritises life over worry. December’s a very different world. It makes leaving it behind just a little bitter.
I remember at the end of last year, I said 2017 feels like it’s going to be a good year. From a personal viewpoint, I can’t say I was wrong! Now at the entrance to 2018, I have the same motivation. A while ago, you can quote me saying “I want a change to happen.” Well twenty-eighteen, show me what you got.
As always, I feel blessed to have all you lovely people sticking with my blog. I want to take a moment to wish you the happiest of New Years and beyond. Have lots of fun and I shall see you all in 2018.
happy new years, hannah maggie!
